Surveys For Cash?

I received a reader email asking which surveys I do in order to get the Survey Money listed in my monthly budget. I’ve tried out a lot, and here is a listing of those that I use:
Get Paid To: (Referral Link) This isn’t a survey site, per se, but it is one of the best sites I’ve ever used. Basically, it is a site where you get paid to sign up for a whole bunch of spam email (i.e. you complete ‘offers’ which are free and involve entering contests or signing up for information or doing surveys.) To do this, create a separate email (using gmail or yahoo or some other free site) that you will only get Get Paid To emails sent to. The email has to be real, because sometimes you will have to confirm your membership to the spam lists. You get bombarded with tons of spam, so don’t use your personal box. They pay via paypal almost instantly and you only need .50 to cash out. I have made $13 in the past month (cashed out like .50 at a time, for a few minutes a day of signing up for stuff)
Lightspeed: (NOT a referral link) They have surveys relatively frequently, and they notify you via email and you can also sign in to your account… no spam mail here, except for survey invites. The survey’s don’t pay that much, but we cash out anywhere between $5-$15 a month in Amazon gift cards from here (they also offer paypal or other gift cards) for minimal effort. The good news here is when you don’t qualify for a survey (i.e. you aren’t going to get points for it) you find out pretty quickly so you don’t spend a lot of time going through question screens only to find out you don’t quality.
Testspin: (NOT a referral link) These surveys pay better, but I don’t qualify for about half of them and sometimes I go through quite a few screens before I find that out. People who are in IT or manage large businesses will do best at Test Spin because you can get rewarded nicely for your time (approximately $6 a survey). They pay via Amazon gift cards and pay instantly when you cash out, but the minimum cash out amount is $10 and surveys take 4-6 weeks to credit to your account balance.
Greenfield: (NOT a referral link). I don’t quality for most of these, but when I don’t quality I find out pretty quickly. When you do qualify, the pay is decent but it takes a few weeks to post to your account. Once it posts, you can cash out via paypal and they pay reasonably quickly. I don’t recommend them that highly, but I have made $130.00 in the past year and a half.
Say Nation Please use my referral code (6481167953). You get points for every attempting surveys here, and even more points for completing them successfully. This is a newer site, but I really like it a lot and so far I have cashed out $20 in Wal-Mart gift cards for very minimal effort. If you have kids, you can usually do even better here and they have a separate survey site your kids can do.
Cash Crate: (Referral Link) I have their links on this website. They are a great site- offers credit pretty quickly and you can cash out via Paypal when you have $20.00. This is similar to getpaidto.com, so same advice applies here (spam email address required!)

I think that is an excellent suggestion to create a new and separate email account. You will definitely get a few emails when you sign up for some of these sites.
